Cleanse and Recharge
Here are Mara's tips on how to cleanse and recharge your La Fontana jewels.

Put them outside or on a windowsill on a full moon to recharge.

Use the rain as a way to cleanse them with water, or soak them in a bowl of salt water.

Use the smoke of a sage stick or some palo santo and hold your rings in the smoke.
Mara's tip
When cleansing, visualise the bad energies leaving and then envision the good ones to come in. Its important to verbalise or visualise what outcome you want from the cleansing, what you are removing should be replaced by something else, something positive like protection, peace or love.
